Oh my gosh! O happy day! Oh boy, is there lots to be done! But waking up the day after election and not being depressed and angry? Priceless.

But I am, of course, about Prop 8. Oh crap.

O? O!

Oy! So: are you going to become Happy and You Eat?

And yes let's impeach the fucker still. I wonder what kind of pranks the Bushies pull between now and 21st Jan. If we get by with only the O's missing on the White House keyboards I suppose we should consider ourselves lucky.

Tea: I know. Mad and happy. Drat.

El: Ah! Eeee, you noticed.
I think I'll stay mad. It's good for me.

I'm so ashamed...it took me a solid minute and a half, AS WELL AS Googling "bembo" to finally get this joke. I think it's because I didn't notice the o-tilts.

Spitey: Cool thing is, this graphic simply Came that way, with the last O at straight up. All credit to the artist. AND, it's the one called "transitional." I had nothing to do with it, besides swiping it off the intertubez.

Love the new tagline!

(And I don't get the joke. Is this some hip California thing that I'm just too middle America to even know about?)

Kalyn: There is no joke. It's simply a page of great font-age, which happens to be all O-oriented, and has oddly appropriate captions. Ask Rand.

Love your Story of O.

Not only is there still time, but there is a fear there may be still more reason to impeach -- but right now, let us enjoy this moment of hope.

cookiecrumb said...

Kudzu: Story of O! Oh, you and I are the only ones who will get that. xxx
Anyway, still hoping. And hopeful.

Love the art.

Story of O indeed! Shame on you two. But great fonts.

I think that ex-President's are open to prosecution after leaving office. Impeach while in, prosecute afterwards.

Heather Jefferies said...

Oh no, Story of O, not alone, probably worth a read again. And it took me all day to work this out.

This long national nightmare is soon to be over. I wept and hugged in joy as I with my citie's Dem Party party on Nov 4. As we were walking home, strangers, homeless veterans, people of the city were hugging us in joy.

Dagny: It makes me want to get all immersed in typography, which I have been known to do.

Nancy: Wink, wink.

Anna: Oh, I think he'll be prosecuted for war crimes. But I just want to shame him while he's still in office.

Alecto: How many of us remember that trashy book?!

Anonymous: It's taking me a while to recalibrate my mindset. I might be in a state of disbelief, still.

Looking at the type again, I realize I'm a transitional old-style Humanist. Heh.

Change "Impeach" to "Indict."

You're a real font of wisdom.

cookiecrumb said...

Kudzu: Does that make you a Libertarian? Hee.

Peter: Perfect! You are a perfect peach.

Not so mad anymore, are we?

I know it's becoming the new meme, but my captcha totally spells "tazooted".

Heather: Not pouting so much, but -- head spinning.
