Chris: I slept very well the night before Christmas, and then on Christmas night, not so very. Roast beef and Yorkshire pud, burp. Hope your gathering was happy.
Tammy: Best one yet. Hope yours was the best one yet, too.
Linda: Then I am glad for you that it's all over. Let's be heathen and ornamentless for another year.
Zoomie: The "ornament" is a souvenir spoon from Graceland. A gift from a self-professed junker. It has never been on a tree before. Happy day after.
Happy Day After! I love the spoon....Thought of you when I used some of my from-the-garden roasted tomatoes and dried Mendo mushrooms to make a spread for crostini as part of the big Christmas Eve antipasto....Hope you are recovering from le grande beef, and getting ready for something lighter with bubbles for New Year's Eve.
Kudzu: We're thinking of silky scrambled eggs with the bubbly. Wish I had some of those dried Mendo mycos. (This is not a hint. I don't do that.) What's on your plate?
Peter: It's a small spoon, to be fair. But it's a big *dose.*
Leena: The cool thing about coolness is you don't have to wish for it. You can't contrive it. Sometimes it just comes out of a kitchen drawer.
I live a couple of miles from the Marin County Civic Center Farmers' Market, which feeds my little blogging hobby. Hell, it feeds me, too.
Formerly employed, I'm now a bum. Happy bum. Tomato ranchin' bum.
But I'm still mad.

Awesome. Hope it was a good one!
I, for one, am glad it's all over.
Love the ornament! Where in the world did you get it??? :-) Happy Day After Christmas!
Dagny: I'm so glad you laff at my humor. Thanks.
Michelle: You are too kind.

Isn't that an exact replica of his Percodan spoon?
Hope your day was great.
I didn't think it was possible, but you just moved yourself to a new level of coolness with the Elvis spoon. Happy Chrissy and New Year!
