Pepperoni Surfing

Nothing is allowed to enter our mouths unless it is riding on a plank of pear, tomato or cucumber.
Cowabunga.
The zucchini will have to fend for themselves, being mostly grated and baked or souped (yum).
Up next: eggplants. Oh, yeah.

oooh eggplants, yumm. Grilled, stuffed, stewed, baked with minced (ground?) lamb, wrapped around things & baked, whizzed into a dip - yum.

DMMouse: J'adore les aubergines. And yet they freaked me out when I was a child. There's one on the plant right now, *almost* ready to pick.

Cindy: I get so many suggestions to make zucchini bread, I guess I'm just going to have to give it a try!! Thanks.

Zoomie: Pepperoni smoothies?

Oooo. I had not thought of pear smoothies. Excellent idea.

I hadn't thought of including the pepperoni but, what the heck, if it tastes good on a pear surfboard, why not? :-) Might add a little zing to your pear smoothie! You're so darn creative!
