And the Sky Is Gray

Oh, it is just hell shitty out there. Rained this morning, and never really cleared up. The long-term forecast says we will have rain next Wednesday. A week off (and some in between). Rain in June, and May sucked.
OK, take it easy on me. It RIPS my mood. I am sensitive.
Today we made a pot of beans for lunch, because that works.
Tomorrow I'm making avgolemono soup, with my own Meyer lemons. Because that should help, too. Bright, snappy.
Whaah.

I am tired of the rain. Makes me want stew. But it's June! So wrong.

Oh you Marin sinners. The end of our world as we know it will begin on your doorstep. I have made a prediction don't you know it!

Kailyn: I know! What do you do, cook for the weather or the season? I say the weather. Hell with the favas.

Chilebrown: SO not my fault. Don't you be blamin' the marinions.

I was quite grumpy while walking uphill with wet pant legs this morning. I do not like wet pant legs. Grrr...

Marinions! Marinions! God, I love you, even when it's raining. I'm making stew WITH potatoes. What the hell.

Denise: But your pant legs were white, because it's after Memorial Day. Eee!

Zoomie: We could season a stew with marinons. Tasty.

The soup will help, and think of the grey skys as beautiful, can you imaging a water silk dress that colour? Amazing :)

That's all lovely, my dear Mouse. But it's supposed to be spring/summer here. Difficult. Love the dress, though. Being brave.

We got about two hours of sun today, I made my staff go outside and absorb some vitamin D. We're all looking a little vampirish up here (not to be confused with vampish, which I'd take any day)!

Little Pots: Oh, you are a good boss. I love the smell of Vitamin D on my skin.
You vamps.
